Darren Durstling is President of Integro, with over 30 years of experience across private equity, real estate investment, development, and platform leadership. He leads the firm’s strategy, capital deployment, and growth, working closely with investors and operating partners. Darren brings extensive experience building and leading investment platforms across multiple asset classes and sectors, with a focus on disciplined execution, governance, and value creation.

Darren Durstling is President of Integro and brings more than 30 years of experience across private equity, real estate investment, development, asset management, and platform leadership. His background spans investment strategy, acquisitions, leasing, development, operations, and capital deployment across multiple asset classes and sectors.
At Integro, Darren leads the firm’s overall strategy and growth, working closely with investors, operating partners, and leadership teams to guide investment activity and platform development. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the business and ensuring alignment across the firm’s integrated capabilities. His leadership is grounded in disciplined execution, strong governance, and a practical approach to growth and performance.
Over the course of his career, Darren has played a central role in building and leading nationally recognized real estate investment and operating platforms across industrial, retail, office, residential, and mixed-use assets. His experience includes helping scale one of Canada’s largest industrial development platforms, leading complex transactions, supporting fund development and investor relationships, and building high-performing teams across development, operations, and asset management. He is regularly sought out for his insights into the role of real estate in economic and community development.
Darren is a graduate of the University of Alberta and has been recognized as one of Alberta’s 50 Most Influential People by Alberta Venture.
Martin Chou is Senior Vice President, Finance at Integro, where he leads the firm’s finance and accounting functions across the platform. His responsibilities include financial reporting, governance, treasury management, and financial analysis across the development and management portfolio. Martin brings a background in public practice and advisory services, with experience in assurance, valuation, taxation, restructuring, and transaction support.
Senior Vice President, Finance
Martin Chou is Senior Vice President, Finance at Integro, where he leads the firm’s finance and accounting functions across the platform. His responsibilities include oversight of daily operations, financial reporting, financial governance, treasury management, and financial analysis across the development and management portfolio. He also supports taxation matters and transaction structuring, contributing to disciplined financial management and long-term platform performance.
Prior to joining Integro, Martin worked in public practice with a national accounting and advisory firm, serving clients across a range of industries in the Greater Toronto Area. His experience includes leading engagements in assurance, business advisory, valuation, and taxation, as well as supporting corporate restructuring and debtor-in- possession financing transactions. He brings a strong technical foundation across financial reporting, advisory services, and complex transaction support.
Martin holds Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) designations and a Master of Accounting (MAcc) degree from the University of Waterloo, with a specialization in finance and economics. He has also completed CPA Canada’s In-Depth Tax Program and remains actively engaged within the professional and venture capital community.
Dean Worobey is Senior Vice President, Construction at Integro, with over 25 years of experience leading development and construction across retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use residential projects in Canada. He oversees projects from due diligence through to completion, providing leadership across design, development, and construction execution. Dean has led projects exceeding $500 million in value, with a strong focus on execution, financial discipline, and long-term asset performance.
Senior Vice President, Construction
Dean Worobey has over 25 years of experience leading the development and construction of retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use residential projects across Canada. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, including tenant and financial partner engagement, as well as the management of project schedules, budgets, and delivery teams. He has consistently led project managers, consultants, and contractors in the execution of complex developments across a range of asset types and scales.
As Senior Vice President, Construction at Integro, Dean is responsible for overall development and construction delivery, leading projects from due diligence through to completion. His oversight includes design, development, land servicing, and construction execution across the platform. He sets direction for the construction and development team, fostering a culture of accountability and performance, while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with Integro’s investment strategy and long-term objectives.
Dean brings deep expertise in advancing projects from raw land through acquisition, servicing, and vertical construction. His background as a general contractor provides a strong understanding of building processes and execution, which he applies to development delivery. This approach supports tenant satisfaction, aligns with financial partner expectations, and maintains a consistent focus on quality and performance.
Over the course of his career, Dean has delivered projects ranging from small tenant improvements to large-scale master-planned industrial developments of up to 1,100 acres. He has led projects valued from several hundred thousand dollars to over $500 million, with a focus on execution quality, financial discipline, and long-term asset performance. His current portfolio includes the completion of the Beltline Block and Connect Centre purpose-built residential towers in Calgary and Edmonton, which will add approximately 850 homes to the Alberta market.
Dean holds an Architectural Engineering Technology Diploma from SIAST and is a Gold Seal Certified (GSC) professional.
Ian Wong is Vice President, Finance at Integro, with over a decade of experience in corporate finance, financial planning, and performance management. He leads the firm’s finance function, overseeing reporting, liquidity, and capital planning across the platform. Ian works closely with leadership to support investment decisions and long- term strategy, with a strong foundation in tax planning, financial controls, and operational execution.
Vice President, Finance
Ian Wong brings over a decade of experience in corporate finance, financial planning, and performance management, built on an early career in public practice auditing and consulting. He brings a strong foundation in supporting small and mid-sized enterprises, including experience in financial reporting, taxation compliance, tax planning, and wealth strategies.
As Vice President, Finance at Integro, Ian oversees financial management, planning, reporting, and governance across the development platform. He leads the finance function in budgeting and forecasting, manages liquidity planning, financial performance evaluation, and works closely with executive leadership on capital allocation and long- term planning. Ian also manages the company’s tax planning and compliance, ensuring alignment between operational decisions and long-term financial strategy.
Previously, Ian has held senior finance roles in asset-intensive and growth-oriented organizations, supporting multi-year capital plans, investment evaluations, and operational initiatives. His experience includes strengthening financial controls, improving reporting processes, and working closely with operations, investment, and development teams to support project execution and strategic priorities.
Ian holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta School of Business and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
Sanket Patel is Vice President, Property Management & Finance at Integro, with over a decade of experience in real estate finance and operations. He leads property accounting, financial reporting, and operational finance across the platform, supporting asset performance and scalable growth. Sanket brings experience across multi-asset portfolios, with a strong focus on financial discipline, process improvement, and operational execution.

As Vice President, Property Management & Finance at Integro, Sanket is responsible for property accounting, financial reporting, and operational finance across the platform. He leads teams across accounting and systems, ensuring the integrity of financial information, effective internal controls, and consistent execution of budgeting and forecasting processes. His role supports broader asset management and operational objectives, while advancing scalable processes to support platform growth.
Sanket brings broad experience in financial management within the real estate sector, with a focus on reporting, budgeting, and operational oversight. He has supported the management of diverse portfolios and played a key role in enhancing financial processes and controls to improve accuracy and efficiency. His experience includes working with institutional stakeholders and supporting audit and compliance requirements. He is recognized for a structured approach to financial management and an ability to align operational execution with strategic objectives.
Sanket holds a Bachelor of Administrative Studies with Honours in Accounting & Finance from York University and is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA).
Ranjeeva Hewapathirane is Director, Information Technology at Integro, with over 20 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations. He leads all IT systems and services across the platform, supporting secure and reliable project execution. His experience includes managing multi-site environments and large user groups, with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.

Ranjeeva Hewapathirane brings over 20 years of experience in information technology, spanning infrastructure, systems management, and IT operations. His background includes frontline support through to enterprise-level oversight, with experience supporting executive teams and managing both onsite and remote IT environments. His expertise includes IT operations, vendor management, systems administration, and end-user computing across multi-site organizations.
At Integro, Ranjeeva is responsible for the firm’s IT infrastructure and systems, including applications, servers, communication platforms, and end-user devices. He leads all information technology functions, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable operations across both office and site environments. His role includes oversight of IT budgeting, vendor relationships, cybersecurity, and system performance, along with leading system upgrades and technology planning to support growth across the platform.
Ranjeeva’s experience includes managing IT environments across engineering, real estate, and public sector organizations. He has led office buildouts and relocations, supporting teams ranging from 30 to over 300 employees, and has managed teams across multiple regions. His background includes responsibility for large, distributed user environments, as well as supporting complex operational requirements across multiple offices and project sites. He brings a structured approach to IT management, with a focus on reliability, security, and continuous improvement.
Ranjeeva holds certifications in A+, ITIL Foundations, and is a Dell Certified Systems Expert.

Chan Bhullar is Senior Property Manager at Integro, with over six years of experience in commercial property management and leasing. They lead operations across a 3.5 million square foot portfolio, overseeing asset performance, tenant relationships, and property operations. Chan brings experience across project management, development, and construction, supporting execution across the full lifecycle of real estate assets.

Throughout their career, Chan has demonstrated the ability to navigate complex operational, leasing, and development challenges while maintaining a clear focus on asset performance and value creation. Their experience includes tenant relations, lease negotiations, capital projects, and day-to-day property operations, supported by a detail- oriented and proactive approach. Known for strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, Chan works effectively with colleagues, clients, contractors, and industry partners to achieve shared objectives.
As Senior Property Manager at Integro, Chan leads the property management function across a growing portfolio of approximately 3.5 million square feet. In this role, they are responsible for driving operational performance across the portfolio, ensuring assets are managed efficiently and aligned with the firm’s broader investment strategy.
Chan plays an integral role in enhancing portfolio performance through proactive asset management, strategic leasing support, and the implementation of best practices in property operations. By fostering strong tenant relationships, optimizing operating costs, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, they contribute to increasing asset value and sustaining performance across the portfolio.
Chan is a licensed real estate professional in Alberta (RECA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta.
Chris Bodnar is Residential Operations Manager at Integro, with over six years of experience in property management and building operations. He oversees building systems, maintenance, and vendor coordination across residential properties, supporting safe and efficient operations. Chris brings a background in construction and holds a 4th Class Power Engineer certification.
Residential Operations Manager
Chris Bodnar is a Residential Operations Manager with over six years of experience in property management and building operations. His background combines technical systems knowledge with hands-on construction experience, supporting the reliable and efficient performance of residential properties.
At Integro, Chris is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of residential assets, including building systems, maintenance coordination, and vendor management. He oversees preventative maintenance programs and works closely with site teams and service providers to ensure properties are safe, well maintained, and operating efficiently.
Chris holds a 4th Class Power Engineer certification and brings a strong understanding of mechanical systems and building performance. Prior to transitioning into property management, he owned and operated a residential construction company specializing in full-scale renovations. This experience provides a practical understanding of construction processes, project management, and building systems, supporting effective problem-solving and execution in operations.
Chris works closely with residents, contractors, and internal teams to support consistent operations and address day-to-day requirements across the portfolio.
Drew Woods is Manager, Construction at Integro, with over 12 years of experience delivering complex construction projects across Western Canada. He leads the construction phase of projects from pre-construction through to completion, overseeing execution, risk management, and coordination across project teams. Drew brings experience across large-scale institutional, commercial, and mixed-use developments, with over $1 billion in project delivery experience.
Manager, Construction
Drew Woods has over 12 years of experience managing the delivery of complex construction projects across Alberta and British Columbia. His background spans a range of asset types and delivery models, with a strong foundation in construction management and project execution.
As Manager, Construction at Integro, Drew is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction phase, from early pre-construction through to completion and turnover. He currently leads construction delivery for Integro’s projects in Southern Alberta, working closely with consultants, contractors, and project partners to identify and mitigate risks and ensure disciplined execution.
Drew previously spent over a decade with two of the largest commercial contractors in North America, contributing to vertical construction projects ranging from $10 million to over $500 million in value. His experience includes leading large project teams and managing the construction of institutional, commercial, retail, and mixed-use developments. He brings strong operational leadership and a broad understanding of construction methodologies and delivery models.
Over the course of his career, Drew has been directly involved in more than $1 billion in construction projects, with progressively increasing leadership responsibility. His project experience includes commercial high-rise developments in downtown Calgary, large healthcare projects in British Columbia, and mixed-use developments in the Calgary University District.
Drew holds a Bachelor of Management from the University of Lethbridge (Dhillon School of Business) and a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology (Construction Management) from SAIT. He is a Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.), and a Gold Seal Certified (GSC) professional.
Hanna Marie Casili brings over 18 years of accounting experience, including eight years in property management accounting. She oversees property accounting across Integro’s commercial and residential portfolios, leading reporting, compliance, and team performance. Hanna has experience across diverse asset types and complex financial structures, with a strong focus on accuracy, controls, and operational execution.
Accounting Manager, Property Management
Hanna Marie Casili brings over 18 years of accounting experience, including eight years in property management accounting. Her expertise includes financial reporting, budgeting, audit, and internal controls across commercial and residential real estate portfolios. She has a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and consistent financial execution.
At Integro, Hanna is responsible for overseeing the performance of the property accounting function across commercial and residential portfolios. She leads a team of property accountants, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of financial reporting and compliance with management agreements, audit requirements, and stakeholder reporting standards. She works closely with internal teams to maintain alignment across operations, finance, and asset management.
Hanna’s experience includes financial reporting, recoveries, due diligence, and both internal and external audit processes. She has supported a diverse portfolio spanning retail, mixed-use office and residential, industrial assets, and specialized shared facilities governed by easement and cost-sharing structures. Her background also includes onboarding new properties and managing final reporting for asset dispositions. She brings detailed knowledge of complex recovery structures, including anchor tenant agreements, caps, CPI adjustments, exclusions, and other specialized methodologies.
Hanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy with Academic Distinction and a Diploma in Business Administration (Finance) with Honours. She also holds an International CPA designation (Philippines).
Jackie Usguruge is a Property Manager at Integro with more than 10 years of experience across residential and commercial operations. She oversees day-to-day property operations, budgeting, lease administration, tenant relations, maintenance programs, and compliance across a large residential portfolio. Jackie brings experience managing multi-site assets and cross-functional teams, with a focus on operational execution, financial discipline, and portfolio performance.
Property Manager, Citizen on Jasper
Jackie Usguruge is a property management professional with more than 10 years of experience across residential and commercial operations. Her expertise includes portfolio management, financial oversight, tenant relations, operational leadership, and regulatory compliance. She has managed large-scale multi-site assets and brings a strong focus on operational performance and asset management.
As Property Manager at Integro, Jackie is responsible for the day-to-day operations and performance of a large residential portfolio. Her responsibilities include property operations, budgeting, lease administration, tenant relations, maintenance programs, capital project coordination, and regulatory compliance. She leads cross-functional site teams and works closely with residents, vendors, and ownership groups to support operational objectives and portfolio performance.
Jackie has extensive experience managing portfolios of more than 400 residential suites and leading teams across maintenance, security, cleaning, and customer service functions. Her background includes financial reporting, budget development, rent and arrears management, lease negotiations, occupancy management, vendor oversight, and capital project execution. Prior to joining Integro, Jackie held property management roles with major residential operators and also brings leadership experience from hospitality operations.
Jackie holds a Property Management Certificate from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), a Business Management Diploma from MacEwan University, and is a Commissioner for Oaths in Alberta.
Lianne Robson is Assistant Vice President, Residential at Integro, with 14 years of experience in real estate and multifamily assets. She leads leasing strategy, resident experience, and asset oversight while supporting development initiatives from planning through stabilization. Lianne brings experience across lease-up execution, property management, and cross-functional collaboration across Alberta and Ontario.
Assistant Vice President, Residential
Lianne Robson is a residential real estate leader with 14 years of industry experience, including seven years focused on multifamily assets. Her expertise spans leasing, marketing, budgeting, lease-up execution, and development collaboration across residential assets in Alberta and Ontario. She brings extensive experience leading cross-functional initiatives that support building readiness, occupancy, and effective property management.
As Assistant Vice President, Residential at Integro, Lianne oversees multifamily assets while playing a key role in development initiatives across the platform. She is responsible for leasing strategy, resident experience, asset oversight, and bringing a practical property management lens to new developments from planning through stabilization. Her role includes supporting building readiness, market positioning, and lease-up planning to help create a seamless transition from development into active management.
Lianne has held progressively senior roles across property management, leasing, and residential leadership. Her experience includes leading multifamily lease-ups from construction through stabilization and supporting residential assets across Alberta and Ontario. She has worked closely with development teams on new construction initiatives, contributing insight to planning, leasing strategy, resident programming, and ongoing asset management.
Lianne completed post-secondary studies in Business Administration and is licensed in Residential, Rural, Commercial Real Estate, and Property Management. She has also completed coursework toward the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation.
Natatia Sergeant is a Property Manager at Integro, responsible for the day-to-day operations of Southpark on Whyte. She oversees leasing, tenant relations, and property performance, ensuring consistent operations and occupancy. Natatia brings a background in hospitality, supporting a structured and service-oriented approach to property management.
Property Manager, Southpark on Whyte
Natatia Sergeant is a Property Manager with three years of experience overseeing residential operations, including the management of Southpark on Whyte. Her role focuses on leasing, tenant relations, and day-to-day property operations, with an emphasis on maintaining occupancy and ensuring consistent property performance.
At Integro, Natatia is responsible for the operational management of her property, including leasing coordination, maintenance oversight, and tenant communication. She works closely with internal teams and service providers to ensure the property is well maintained and operating efficiently.
Prior to transitioning into property management, Natatia built a foundation in hospitality and hotel management. This experience supports a structured and service-oriented approach to property operations, with a focus on responsiveness, organization, and tenant experience. Her background includes experience across leasing, maintenance coordination, budgeting, and team collaboration.
