Positioned on the former TransAlta site, the project will deliver a multi-phase development comprising two 36-storey purpose-built rental towers, one 36-storey condominium tower, and the conversion of an existing 10-storey office building to residential use, totaling approximately 455,000 square feet and 1,200 residential units, along with 18,000 square feet of retail at grade.
Located within one of Calgary’s most active urban corridors, the development supports continued densification and demand for high-quality housing, while contributing to the evolution of the Beltline as a vibrant, amenity-rich community. Phase 1 is currently under construction, with phases 2 and 3 under design.
